| 1- Each member should pay his maintainance on time. |
| 2- Qtrly maintainance should pay in first month of each qtr. & late pay will be charged as a penalty. |
| 3-Late charges will be Rs.500/- Each qtr. |
| 4- example- Q1 maintainance should pay on or before 30th April. If not then Rs.500 /- will be charged as a fine on 1st May. |
| Similarly for Q2- payment should be in or before 31st Aug.or late charges will be from September. |
| 5-if maintainance not paid for 2 qtr continuously then water will stop without any notice & all expevces including fine will get recovered from concern flat owner. |
